My cosy flat is located just behind Tivoli Garden in the coolest and most vibrant neighborhood in Copenhagen (District Vesterbro). It is always fascinating to visit a neighbourhood in transition, and there is a certain very local and charming atmosphere in this district of Copenhagen which you will find nowhere else in the city. It is very easy to get to my flat. It is located 10 minutes walk from Copenhagen Central Railway Station with direct trains from the airport (18 minutes). The apartment is on the second floor in an old (restored) building in one of the most charming/interesting streets of Vesterbro, named Istedgade. Very close by you will find lots of cafés, restaurants, organic food shops, vintage shops, designer shops and super markets. The apartment is fully furnished. It has a very bright living room with TV, sofa and a comfortable chair. From the livingroom you can step out on your private balcony which has a nice view over the entire courtyard. The balcony has a coffeetable and to benches. You will find a separate fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. The smallest bedroom with a view to the courtyard has a double bed sized 170x200cm, a dresser and a mirror. The other bedroom towards the street has a double bed 180x200cm (which can be converted into two single beds 90x200), a bedside table, a wardrobe and a desk. I have two bicycles you can use as you like (normal rentingprice per day 150 dkr per bike). It is a wonderful way to explore Copenhagen. Please note that using the bikes is at your own risk No parties No smoking (only on the balcony) No shoes (you can perhaps bring slippers). I like my neighbor below ;-) Guest access You have access to the hole flat and balcony. Other things to note House rules The following house rules apply to visitors renting apartments in the association of Istedgade 49 + 51B. 1. It is expected that visitors show general respect and consideration for the other residents during their stay. Please walk softly indoors without shoes; landing with the ball of your foot rather than the heel. If the association's other residents take contact please follow these instructions. 2. Rent of an apartment (Istedgade 49 + 51B) grant you access to the rented accommodation not including the common areas such as the courtyard, laundry room e.g. 3. Music is not allowed after 8 pm. on weekdays and after 11 pm. on weekends. 4. Use of any illegal substance will be reported to the police. 5. Show respect on the balcony by talking low and avoid music, since the courtyard is very loud, and noise can be of great disturbance to the other residents of the entire courtyard. 6. It is not allowed to barbecue on the balcony. 7. You need to follow the instructions regarding sorting trash and use of the trash room.
