The fully stocked kitchen includes: Full-size refrigerator/freezer Electric range Microwave Coffee maker -Keurig and drip Cookware, dishes, utensils, and dining essentials Seating for up to six guests Outside, guests have access to a fully fenced shared backyard, front porch, and outdoor gathering spaces — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Deadwood and the Black Hills. The outdoor areas are shared with the two additional apartments located on the property. One of the best features of this property is the location. You’ll be just three blocks from Deadwood’s restaurants, casinos, bars, shopping, and historic attractions. A Deadwood trolley stop is located directly next door, making transportation throughout town simple and convenient. Parking includes two standard-size parking spaces in the private lot across the street. Trailer parking may also be available next door at the church for a donation on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests needing additional parking guidance are always welcome to message us. The outdoor spaces are shared with the two additional apartments located on the property. Two designated standard-size parking spaces are included for guest use in the private lot across the street. A Deadwood trolley stop is located directly next door, providing convenient access to transportation throughout town. If traveling with a larger group, additional apartments at this location may also be available to rent depending on availability.
