Blocks from downtown, this Main Street unit is perfect for a weekend with friends, a family vacation, or a couples getaway. We are proud new owners of this 1920 building, and take pride in remodeling it with a contemporary farmhouse feel. Guests are able to use the backyard for gatherings, yard games, ect. The Hideaway is located next door to a prominent trolley stop, and also a little restaurant serving breakfast/lunch. Please checkout my other house listings if this does not fit your needs. The space Charming 2-Bedroom Apartment in the Heart of Deadwood This recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment offers a cozy and private retreat just blocks from Deadwood’s Main Street. Ideal for families, friends, or small groups, the space features two separate sleeping areas with double queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchenette is fully equipped for simple meals, and the unit includes a shared cozy backyard for outdoor enjoyment. With easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation, this apartment is perfect for guests seeking both convenience and comfort in a central location. Guest access Front porch, front yard, back yard, 2 parking spots across the street in private parking lot. Other things to note Pet Policy: We are delighted to welcome your furry companions! There is a $100 per stay fee for up to two dogs. Please provide a description of your dog(s) prior to arrival for pre-approval. We kindly ask that pets who shed be kept off the furniture and beds. For your pets' safety and comfort, we recommend using kennels while you are away for daily activities. If your dog barks while you are absent and disturbs other guests, alternative arrangements will need to be made. Please note, any guest with a pet that has not received prior approval will incur a minimum $100 pet charge. Additionally, if excessive shedding requires extra cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. Additional Policies: Non-Smoking Property: Our property is 100% smoke-free. A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the unit. Cleaning Fees: Your reservation includes two hours of cleaning time. If the unit is left excessively dirty, an additional $40 per hour will be charged for extra cleaning time. Late Check-Out: A minimum $100 fee will be charged for late check-outs unless prior approval has been granted by the host. Furniture: Please refrain from moving any furniture. Any damages or required replacements will result in additional charges for parts, labor, and/or replacement. Requests for early check-in may be accommodated, subject to availability on the day of arrival, and will incur an additional fee. If you wish to request an early check-in, please contact us on the day of your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an earlier entry, as availability cannot be confirmed until that day due to cleaning schedules and turnover times. Please note that arrivals and departures are not permitted on Saturdays, as this is the designated day off for our team. For optimal HVAC performance, we kindly ask that the thermostat be set between 69-74°F. Setting the air conditioning too low may cause the unit to freeze.
