Ideal for families, friends, or small groups, the space features two separate sleeping areas with double queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy. The kitchenette is fully equipped for simple meals, and the unit includes a shared cozy backyard for outdoor enjoyment. With easy access to local attractions, dining, and transportation, this apartment is perfect for guests seeking both convenience and comfort in a central location. Other things to note Deadwood Rentals Pet Policy We welcome dogs only at select properties with the following guidelines. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any Deadwood Rentals properties under any circumstances. • A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies for up to two dogs, with a maximum weight of 30 lbs per dog. • Prior to booking, you must provide a description of your dog(s) for pre-approval. • Pets that shed must remain off furniture and beds to maintain cleanliness. • For the safety and comfort of your pets, we strongly recommend kenneling when you are away from the property. • If your dog’s barking disturbs neighbors or other guests, alternative arrangements will be required. • Guests are financially responsible for any carpet cleaning or damage caused by pets, including professional steam cleaning if needed. • Any pet not approved in advance will result in a minimum $200 charge. • Excessive shedding or additional cleaning needs will result in added cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Additional Policies: Non-Smoking Property: Our property is 100% smoke-free. A $250 fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the unit. Cleaning Fees: Your reservation includes two hours of cleaning time. If the unit is left excessively dirty, an additional $40 per hour will be charged for extra cleaning time. Late Check-Out: A minimum $100 fee will be charged for late check-outs unless prior approval has been granted by the host. Furniture: Please refrain from moving any furniture. Any damages or required replacements will result in additional charges for parts, labor, and/or replacement. Requests for early check-in may be accommodated, subject to availability on the day of arrival, and will incur an additional fee. If you wish to request an early check-in, please contact us on the day of your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an earlier entry, as availability cannot be confirmed until that day due to cleaning schedules and turnover times. Please note that arrivals and departures are not permitted on Saturdays, as this is the designated day off for our team. For optimal HVAC performance, we kindly ask that the thermostat be set between 69-74°F. Setting the air conditioning too low may cause the unit to freeze.
