You’ll find a grocery store just 2 blocks away, making long stays easier. Please note that this is a 100-year-old building not a new construction. The space Roomy 3 bedroom, 1 bath in the heart of West Town (named one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago). Enjoy all that downtown has to offer, with top attractions and entertainment just steps away. -Newly decorated with high quality memory foam mattress, luxurious 1000tc sheets - large flat screen TV in the living room with Netflix, and hbogo. TV in the master bedroom - Work desk - Kuerig coffee maker with pods in the kitchen, Toaster oven and air fryer. Kitchen is also supplied with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and cooking utensils. For security reasons we have a camera in the foyer of the building (not in the unit). With that being said please be honest with how many guests are staying over also. If this unit is booked please check out my other places! *There is not a dining room or table, there is available a stack of foldable side tables **This unit contains stairs If you need a parking permit to park on the adjacent street please ask ahead of time because we are only allotted a minimum number by the city. This is not a new construction unit. PARKING: Please let me know ahead of time if you will need temporary parking permits. Just place them inside the passenger side windshield. Parking is FREE on the street you just need neighborhood permit which I can provide. There is a small area of brick wall in the living area that is "dusty". The condensation from the brick causes brick "dust" which will appear even after thorough cleaning. Do not be alarmed. It is normal for aging exposed brick to act this way. Fan of THE BEAR on Hulu?
