Your own summer cottage at our property at the island Runmarö in the Stockholm Archipelago. It's a 50 minutes drive by car or buss from Stockholms city center to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn. Then you take the boat 5 minutes to Styrsvik to the island Runmarö. The island comes with several small villages, a restaurant, a bakery, and a food store. The cottage is situated only 100 meters from the sea where a small public beach is avalible (stone pebbles). You can walk and run around the entire island. The space This cottage was built in 1964 as a weekend-cottage and has been extended and rebuilt during latest years. It is a compact-living-concept, very smart and cosy. It is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, wc (not flushing but indoor toilet), shower and dryer. It is 35 sqm. Comes with 1 bed sofa/futon (W: 160 cm) and a bunk bed in seperate room (top bed W: 90 cm)(lower bed W:120 cm). Also included a toddler baby traveller bed. The Island is famous for it's floral fauna, it's nine small lakes etc. Guest access – Own lawn around the house Other things to note – The guest cleans and tidy up to the same condition as when checking in. – 1 set of linnen /person and 1 set of towels are included. – 2 adult bicycles are included (one with child seat) – Coal grill – Waste is thrown in the common waste can close to the house.
