This is a very private property on Graham Lake. The cottage is a pet free, 2 floor house on the waterfront. 4 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it has the capacity for 12 people (10 adults max). Fiber internet. Great for swimming, boating, fishing, X-country skiing, snowmobiling and hunting. Large flat front yard, safe for children to run around. The property also has a screened in clubhouse on the shoreline. The space Our cottage is a great place for multi family vacations, with a large farmhouse table that fits 12. There are plenty of rooms, to allow for everyone to have their own privacy. The front lawn is safe for children and large enough for all kinds of lawn games. All guests will have access to a pedal boat and two paddle boards for their use. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire main house except the furnace room. No Access to the garages.
