Supreme Art Suite - Central Vienna

Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartment. You can relax and work in the midst of chic and cozy designs. It is the perfect place for families, business and couples to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio, an infrared sauna, high speed wifi, Smart TV and a workplace are a matter of course. The city center, shopping streets, transport and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartment is located in a historic building, a former synagogue that was built in 1870 and destroyed in the november pogrom of 1938. However, the building itself has been preserved and has been used as an artist's studio since the 1990s. The newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor. 3 steps lead from the corridor to the entrance on the right. There is a key safe for contactless check-in next to the main gate by the window. It has very high walls and the interior is a mix of colonial and mid century. The works of art of the international artists and the design pieces are put together with a lot of love from Viennese galleries, design and antique shops. The main rooms have three windows facing the street and are flooded with sunlight in the afternoons. The kitchen window looks into a small designed atrium. The kitchen and bathroom are new and fully equipped. Dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious and have large double beds. The beds duvet cover has a top layer of 100% washed linen and a bottom layer of white satin cotton. The pure linen lends every bedroom an exclusive and natural ambience. The heating and electrics are energy efficient. Art: I have been collecting international contemporary art for many years, which I also present in my apartments. In the bedroom you will find a meadow piece by the young Austrian artist Alex Ruthner, in the main room a large work by the Swiss artist Lori Hersberger, an orange cuddly painting by Sylvie Fleury and an exhibition poster of the Villa Arson in Nice by Christopher Wool and Martin Kippenberger. A work on paper by polish artist Michal Budny from the Mirror series hangs in the master bedroom. Guest access You have access to all the rooms in the apartment. Other things to note We have excellent mountain spring water in Vienna. So you can drink the tab water and don't have to buy water bottles and thus help us to protect the environment.
