Supreme Art Suite - Central Vienna

Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially approved apartment. In the middle of chic and cozy designs you can relax and work. For families, business and couples, it is the perfect place to discover beautiful Vienna. The apartment offers light-flooded living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a small patio, an infrared sauna, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. The city center, shopping streets, transportation and restaurants are very close. The space The apartment is located in a historic building, a former synagogue, which was built in 1870 and destroyed in the November pogrom in 1938. However, the building itself was preserved and has been used as an artist's studio since the 1990s. The newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor. 3 steps lead from the hallway to the entrance on the right. Next to the main gate by the window is a key safe for contactless check-in. It has very high walls and the furnishings are a mix of colonial and mid-century. The works of art by international artists and the design pieces are put together with a lot of love by Viennese galleries, design and antique shops. The main rooms have three windows facing the street and are flooded with sun in the afternoon. The kitchen window overlooks a small designed atrium. The kitchen and bathroom are new and fully equipped. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove with oven, fridge with freezer and microwave. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with large double beds. All beds are equipped with 100% washed linen and a white underside made of cotton satin. With the real linen, each bedroom gets an exclusive and natural look. Heating and electrics are energy efficient. Art: I have been collecting international contemporary art for many years, which I also present in my apartments. In the bedroom you will find a meadow piece by the young Austrian artist Alex Ruthner, in the main room a large work by the Swiss artist Lori Hersberger, an orange cuddly painting by Sylvie Fleury and an exhibition poster of the Villa Arson in Nice by Christopher Wool and Martin Kippenberger. In the large bedroom hangs a paper work by the Polish artist Michal Budny from the series Mirrors. Guest access You have access to all rooms in the apartment. Other things to note We have excellent high spring water in Vienna. So you can drink the tap water and don't have to buy water bottles and help us protect the environment.
