To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you observe the guidelines below: PROPERTY ACCESS The main entrance gate (street access) is shared with the hosts, who use it only to access other properties. All other outdoor areas and the garden are for the exclusive use of guests — please feel free to enjoy them. The entrance gate opens by turning the key to the right. GENERAL RULES Parties and events are not allowed on the property. After 11:00 PM, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. We recommend bringing insect repellent for your comfort. PETS Pets are allowed upon prior approval. Please do not allow pets to sleep on the beds. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet in the yard. CLEANING & AMENITIES We do not provide a washing machine. There are several laundromats nearby if needed. Cleaning service is provided only between stays (at check-in and check-out). Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Wi-Fi is available on the property. PARKING Street parking is available when spaces are open, with no time restrictions. We are not responsible for vehicles parked on the street. SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe. We are not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged items during your stay.
