Cafe Delirium for great coffee is 5 short blocks down 3rd St. Hoppy Brewery for locally brewed Craft Beer. Don't miss the Local Cow for fantastic grass-fed beef burgers, Uly's for Mexican, Nicholas for Lebanese, Sunny Hans for quick, great Teriyaki, and Boccelli's excellent Italian. Gresham City Park is a few blocks away and connects to the Springwater Trail for Biking into Portland. We are down the street from the Gresham Splash Pad park where they have concerts on Mondays in the summer and August outdoor movies. The playground is across Powell Blvd. in Gresham Main City Park. We are also 30 minutes from the Gorge and 60 minutes to Mt Hood Timberline Lodge. Can you tell we love it here? Bus, MAX, bike, car are all good ways to travel in the Portland Metro area. We are a 6-minute walk to the Max transit center Gresham. We are 50 minutes by transit to the Portland downtown core. It's a 30-minute drive without traffic to downtown (your parking would most likely be more money than the fare). Our Blue Door Guest Studio is connected to our home. The entrances are separate and on different sides of the home. Please be considerate of neighbors. We would also like you to read the City of Gresham's Good Neighbor Guidelines (GNG). A copy of these guidelines will also be in your guest book: Approved occupants and guests are expected to follow the GNG. Be sure to read your rental agreement for additional terms and restrictions as there may be consequences for violating the GNG. If at any time you have concerns about your stay, please call the 24-hour contact number listed in the guest rental agreement or posted in the unit. In the event of an emergency, please call 911. Be friendly, courteous, and treat your neighbors like you want to be treated. Respect your neighbors and their property. Overnight occupancy (10pm – 7am) is limited to two-persons per bedroom plus two additional persons. Daytime occupancy (7am – 10pm) is limited to two-persons per bedroom plus six additional persons. The limits are noted on the posted Certificate of Registration. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property. Quiet hours are 10pm – 7am. Be sure to pick up after yourself and keep the property clean, presentable and free of trash. Place trash and recycling containers at the appropriate place and time for pickup. Cigarette butts should be properly extinguished and disposed of in the garbage. The host is required to provide off-street parking for overnight guests – 1 space for every 2 bedrooms (rounded up). Do not park on lawns, or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. Promptly clean-up after your pets. Prevent excessive and prolonged barking and keep pets from roaming the neighborhood. Unattended barking dogs left at the rental are prohibited by City of Gresham Revised code. Control aggressive pets and be sure to abide by the local leash laws. Store pet food indoors and in a secure container to reduce the likelihood of unwanted pest problems. Using the Short Term Rental as an event site is not allowed under City of Gresham Revised Code 9.56. Examples of events include, but are not limited to: parties, company retreats, weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc.
