Access to the accommodation cannot be granted without this information. Quiet Hours: - Parties and loud noises are not allowed. - Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Common Areas and Smoking: - Smoking and drinking are prohibited in shared areas and inside the apartment. Apartment Care: Use towels only for bathing; any permanent stains will incur charges (€5 to remove stains/item or replacement cost). - Do not park bicycles in hallways or inside the apartment. Check-out: - Check-out time: 10:00 AM. - Late check-out (after 12:00 PM): 50% of the booking price (minimum: €40, maximum: €250). Optional Services: - Baby crib: €20/booking (subject to availability). - Baby high chair: €5/booking. Additional services like a sofa bed must be requested upon reservation. If requested after arrival 15 €/booking. Long Stays (over 20 days): - Includes up to €110 in utilities (€80 electricity, €30 water).
