Sweet Hibiscus House on the hill - pool & view!

Relax at this peaceful place on the beautiful island of Aruba. It sits on top of the Alto Vista hill on the north end of the island. It is quiet except the sound of nature. Comfortable and cozy. Artwork by a local artist adorns the walls. The kitchen is spacious and the space is comfortable. We have a brand new pool for your pleasure. Have coffee or snacks on the back porch. Best of all, it is a 5 minute drive to the beach and just what you need for a getaway. The space Our home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom has a King Bed with a trundle with a twin bed and en suite full bathroom, and a 46” smart flat screen TV. The guest room features a queen bed and a trundle with a twin bed. There is air conditioning for the full house. The living room has an open floor plan with a sectional fabric couch set that can be turned into a full size bed and a 42" Smart Flat Screen TV. The living room opens to the dining area and large open kitchen! The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher) with everything needed including a toaster, toaster oven, and coffee maker. Off the dining area there is an enclosed washer and dryer. There are sliding glass doors to access the backyard and patio from the master bedroom and the living room. The patio has a patio set with a settee and 2 chairs with a table and charcoal bbq grill. The entire home and yard is provided with protected WIFI and the TV’s have full cable. Our home has a hot water heater for hot showers and washing clothes and using the dishwasher. We provide all linens, towels, beach/pool towels, beginning toiletries, and paper supplies. We truly hope we can provide you with everything you will need! Guest access There is parking in front of the house. The roads are paved. Other things to note We have a Prepaid Electricity system. We allot $20/day utility allowance (Electric + Water) in the price of the rental. This equates to 60 kwh per day of electricity. We will take meter readings of both electric and water on your arrival and departure. We will notify you within 48 hours after your departure if any amount is due, and will remove from the deposit held by Airbnb if there is any. For Monthly rentals, Electricity is excluded.
