This is the perfect blend of a relaxing cottage experience and activities to keep everyone entertained with a beautiful view. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids). Backing onto Ferris Park and no nearby neighbors on a dead end street, you will feel like you are on your own Island for peace and quiet. Two bedrooms inside cottage, main bedroom has one double bed and second bedroom has bunk-bed single over double and pull out couch. Bathroom is three piece including shower. The space Surrounded by 300 ft of waterfront to enjoy the Trent River ! Huge flat area on the property to enjoy games. A private dock to enjoy swimming, fishing, water activities and beautiful sunrises. Includes canoe, two kayaks, stand-up paddle board, and bikes. There is also a table top gas fire-pit on the deck for an intimate gathering. Please Note: Due to fire restrictions the outdoor fire pit is NOT available. Guest access Septic Tank is located to back of cottage (to right of driveway when entering) no driving on this area. Access to Cottage and Wood Shed. Other things to note This is a non-smoking cottage.
