The house design reflects a neighborhood-specific history of one-room rentals to college students. A privacy fence encloses a spacious yard with picnic table and fire pit, a bike shelter is available and you can take pleasure in the raised-bed front garden. The room has its own outside entry. All of this within a 15 minute walk to downtown and two minutes to a city bus point. Due to shared spaces, during the school year male guests only are accepted. Thank you for your understanding. The space This house has large windows and plenty of natural light. Other bedrooms may be occupied. Male gender only please, except during some holidays. Please note that this room has its own entry off the front porch. Guest access Bath, kitchen (with cooking and eating utensils), dining room, living room, basement laundry room, spacious covered porch, and yard. Some personal belongings will be in the study and kitchen. Help yourself to coffee or tea. During your stay Depending on arrival time, someone may greet you at the door or you may let yourself in by lockbox. Your host is a college student with a busy schedule, but please be free to call or text with questions.
