We can sort it out! just let us know if you need early check in or late check out, and if there are no other bookings in the apartments the same day, we'll let you know. If there are bookings for the same day, we have other spaces in the same floor where you can leave your baggage, so you can drop it, explore the city and check in when the apartment is ready for you (maximum at the check in time, but we'll do everything for you to enjoy it as soon as possible). • Do I have to bring sheets, towels, shampoo, soap ...? No! We provide everything you need for your stay • Is the apartment cleaned regularly? We take cleanliness very seriously and you'll find the apartment sparkling clean when you arrive. If you are staying for 7 days or more, we can have our housekeeper clean the apartment once a week at no extra charge. Please let us know if you want to use this service with enough time, so we can arrange our housekeeper's schedule • I will arrive very late. Can I access anytime? Yes! Do you meet those rules? Yes, there are laws in Colombia for short-term stays (less than 30 days). The government requires the National Tourism Registry (RNT) for this activity. We do have the RNT and we pay the corresponding taxes. We recommend that you always look for 100% legal accommodation like ours, avoid hassles during your trip ;) • It is rarely reported in travel books, but Medellín possesses outstanding pure, safe, clean drinking water from the tap.
