Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. Come and go as you please with your own private entrance and parking lot. We are excited to show you why we love it here! We have added 48 hours before and after a group leaves to provide adequate preparation and cleaning time. As recommended by the CDC. **we do not allow large parties or events on our property** The space is located in a renovated barn, equiped with a private half-basketball court with unlimited access. We are great for groups!! It is two stories with a bedroom and loft space that acts as the second bedroom. This being said, to get to the entrance of our listing you must climb a flight of stairs. So please keep this in mind when booking. We are completely fine with extra guests that can spread out in the loft, but ask for an added fee for any group larger than 6. The kitchen is equiped with all the essentials one may need for a dinner in, and our parking lot/driveway can deal with 4/5 cars. Our home also comes with farm life, from our sheep dog to our two horses who are always ready for extra carrots. The hosts live in the house across the lawn, but are as hidden or as needed as you want. Youll have your own passcode to the entrance so you can come and go as you please. **Sorry due to all the animals around our properties we don’t allow new pets. As much as we adore our horses and trust them, we get nervous around new animals that do not know how to interact with them.** Whole home and parking lot. We are always available by phone or text, but we live in a house on the property so we can be available in person if need be. We try to be as hidden as possible so you are not bothered. We are close to quaint downtown Lititz and a 15 minute drive from downtown Lancaster with the famous central market and amazing restaurants to explore. We are also close to Spooky Nook Sports Arena (12 min), Hershey Park (40 min) and Intercourse/Amish country tourist spots (20 min). Great for tournaments!! Driving is the best way around, but we DO have Lyft and Uber for anyone who plans to go into the city.
