Chalé da Li/House in a Gated Community Ubatuba

Being in a high-end gated community, you find security and comfort amidst a huge green area. The house accommodates up to 8 people comfortably. Our strong point is the central location. Close to the Caiçara interchange, Semar supermarket and the highway that gives access to the best beaches of Ubatuba: Perequê-Açu (6 min), Praia Grande (10 min), Vermelha do Norte (7 min), Itamambuca (12 min). The house is an annex to the main chalet, but totally independent, as you can see in the photos! The space The chalet sleeps up to 8 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a barbecue, a kitchen, a TV, a toilet and a service area. Large green area, with soccer field, sand court and playground for children. Other things to note -We have reinforced our cleaning routine, following all recommended protocols. With these new guidelines, we have chosen not to provide bed and bath linens (including pillows and blankets).
