Private duplex (not shared) for up to 4 people (3rd and 4th people pay additional lodging). Residential condominium. Kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave and basic utensils. Great location in Martim de Sá, close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches Martim de Sá, Prainha and Centro. Garage for medium and small car requires ability to park. Guests must bring bed and bath linens. 1 small pet for a fee. 220V voltage, 10A outlets do not accept air fryers. The space The place is exclusive. The apartment is a duplex with a double bedroom on the upper floor and living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, with sofa bed for 2 people. High right foot with good ventilation. Garage for small and medium cars requires that the vehicle be well parked next to the wall. Outdoor assistance with maneuvers will make parking easier. Guest access Parking in the condominium for small cars. Guests must climb 1 flight of stairs to access the apartment. Other things to note - Check-in and check-out times must be strictly respected. - The rate is set for a couple (or 2 people) and for a minimum of 2 nights.
