The modern and extensively equipped house is located at the foot of the imposing mountains of the Zillertal in Fügen. A comfortable house on 145 m² on 3 levels awaits you. The Spieljochbahn ski lift is about 400 m away. The vacation home is at the end of a dead end road. A true haven for your active vacation for up to 8 people plus 1-2 small children. Arrive, feel good, relax. The space The vacation residences House 19 and House 21 are located on a common property and form a "double house." Both houses are designed exclusively as vacation homes. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. The separation between the houses is extremely solid, especially since both houses are offset in height due to the hillside location. House 21 has 3 levels: ground floor living-dining-cooking, shower toilet, wardrobe, plus 1 bedroom with queen bed, desk, wardrobe; 1st floor 3 bedrooms with respective workstation, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and washing machine; 2nd floor sauna, relaxation, TV, access to the roof terrace, unwind and enjoy the panorama of the breathtaking landscape! Guest access The vacation home is exclusively for our guests. Except for the room "housekeeping only," all rooms are to be entered. Self check-in is done via an access code that we send on the day of arrival. Other things to note For your stay, there is also a tourist tax of the municipality of Fügen in the amount of 2.60 euros (from 12/2024) per night/per guest (from 16 years). These taxes are collected through Airbnb and paid to the municipality through T&T Ferienresidenzen. 24-hour live TV (living room) to the surrounding slopes - a new highlight for your stay! Streaming services: Netflix and Disney Channel free of charge. In an outbuilding on the property there is a lockable room for storing skis and snowboards and in addition, electric heated shoe dryers! In the other seasons, this room can be used for parking bicycles and mountain bikes. On the 3rd floor of the house with sauna and access to the roof terrace, an air conditioning system was also installed for cooling in summer in addition to the geothermal system.
