Come, enjoy a nice cozy room, in a safe, secure, clean house to give you that at home feel. The home is in a small neighborhood, and the room features a black and white decor. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown w/quick access to the major highways that will lead you to the beautiful sites, events, and attractions in Dallas. Service Animals, pets, and Medical Marijuana are not allowed due to the host’s battle with allergies. Mid-Term and Long Term stays available. It is a nice two-story home on a cul-de- sac, with free curbside parking in front of the house. Four bedrooms, all upstairs, with a digital keypad on each door, the shared bathroom has been upgraded. The laundry room is also upstairs. The living room, dining rooms, kitchen, and half bath are downstairs. Service Animals, pets, and Medical Marijuana are not allowed due to host’s allergies. During your stay, have a little fun, try the “Magic Eye” game, see if you can find what’s in the hidden picture on the wall near the shared bathroom. Let me know what you find. Guest have access to free curbside parking in front of the house. The kitchen, the dining room in the kitchen, cooking utensils, baking, and seasoning goods. There’s an “Alexa” device in the kitchen that can play music, give the time, weather, etc. The pantry, refrigerator, and freezer have areas marked for guests use. The living room (no food or drinks allowed), the patio, and grill. The formal dining room can be used only by request. Please, cleanup each area immediately after use, including the grill. I will be available on site, by text, or by phone 24/7. I will be available to socialize at your convenience or mine. The neighborhood is small, and friendly. It is close to Downtown Dallas, the Fair Park, Baylor Hospital, Klyde Warren Park, and White Rock Lake. It is within close proximity to the cities of Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, and Balch Springs. By a rental car, Uber, Lyft and Dallas Area Rapid Transit (Dart). PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! Please remove your shoes and place on the shoe bench near the entry door or use the shoe covers before proceeding upstairs to to protect the carpet upstairs and downstairs. The laundry room can be used for a fee of $5 per load to wash and dry your own private clothes. Pay in advance, Cash App, only. Detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets on hand can be used free of charge. Please do not wash my guest towels, sheets, or covers with your private wash, l will take care of those. Please notify me if you need extra pillows. Please take full and tied trash bags from your room or bathroom and dispose of them in the trash container in the laundry room. Courtesy room service will be scheduled every two weeks for long term stays. If there are any amenities listed that are not visible, please notify me so that I can provide them. Please, cleanup each area immediately after use. Please, no nudity in common spaces shared with other guests, and there are absolutely no weapons, illegal drugs of any kind, medical marijuana, medical service animals, or pets allowed on the premises. No mail is to be sent or received using this address during your stay. A “No Tenant’s Rights Agreement” must be signed for stays over 28 days. Thanks, enjoy your stay.
