It is located about 15 minutes to downtown w/quick access to the major highways that will lead you to the beautiful sites of Dallas. Pets, alcohol, smoking, marijuana, and medical marijuana are not allowed on the premise. The space It is a nice two-story home on a cul-de- sac, with free curbside parking in front of the house. Built in 1992, updated with new floors, carpet, kitchen and bathrooms remodeled in 2025. All the bedrooms are upstairs, including the laundry room. All guest must be able to climb the staircase freely without assistance. Guest with infants and children are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children getting up and down the stairs and while living on the premises both inside and outside during the entire stay. A digital keypad is on each room door for privacy, safety, and security. The living room, dining rooms, kitchen, and powder room are downstairs with an open floor plan focused on functionality. The backyard has a patio with patio furniture, and a grill. The neighborhood train passes through with loud warning horns, ear plugs provided if needed. Guest access Guest have access to free curbside parking in front of the house. The kitchen, the dining room in the kitchen, and cooking utensils. The pantry, refrigerator, and freezer have areas marked for guests use. The living room (no food or drinks allowed), the patio, and charcoal grill. The formal dining room can be used upon request. Please, cleanup each area immediately after use, including the grill. No grease down any of the drains, and flush toilet paper only down the toilet. Remember this is shared living facility, be respectful of others, the rules, and enjoy your guest stay. Thanks During your stay I will be available on site, by text, or by phone 24/7. I will be available to socialize at your convenience or mine. Other things to note PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!!! The room is private, secured by a digital key pad. Your room code and front door entry code are the same. Please remove your shoes and place on the shoe bench near the entry door or use shoe covers provided before proceeding upstairs. The laundry room can be used for a fee of $5 per load to wash and dry your own private clothes. Pay in advance, Cash apps or bank apps. Detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets on hand can be used. Please do not wash my guest towels, sheets, or covers at all, I will take care of them. Please notify me if you need extra towels or linens. Please empty the trash bag in your room when it is full, set it outside your door and I will take care of it. Please do not rearrange the furniture, hang anything on the walls or on the pictures on the walls in your room. No added furniture, electrical appliances, burning candles, gadgets, diffusers, plug ins, or etc. in your room are allowed. Mandatory room cleanup will be scheduled every two weeks for long term stays. Good personal hygiene is required, please don’t be offensive with poor personal hygiene habits. To avoid staining the white sheets, please do not eat, use makeup, or use any type of ink or gel pens in bed. If there are any amenities listed that are not in plain view, notify me so that I can provide them. Please, cleanup each area immediately after use. Please, no nudity in common areas shared with other guests. Do not place anything hot from the stove top, oven or from anywhere else on the counter tops, use cooling pads or racks. The powder room in the kitchen is off limits, reserved for visitors, who are not allowed upstairs. Absolutely no weapons, alcohol, smoking, illegal drugs of any kind, medical marijuana, service animals, pets, dyeing of your hair, clothes, or anything else are allowed on the premises. No mail is to be sent or received using this address during your stay. A “No Tenants Rights Agreement” must be signed for stays over 28 days. I may extend or re-register my rental stay at the approval of the owner.
