Charming Landes house of 110 m2, 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, in Carcans-Maubuisson on a quiet 1,000 m2 plot, in a private residence. Forest just behind, lake and beach 9 minutes walk, ocean a few kilometers away. Maubuisson is a small family seaside resort whose center is 15 minutes away by the forest... Travelers come to us for the week, from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning and can also enjoy visiting the Médoc and Bordeaux! Guest access All of it! Other things to note A person (concierge company) is responsible for handing over the keys, taking stock of the premises and giving advice. It also offers different services such as: supply of laundry, sheets... The house should be left clean and tidy at guest checkout. A "Resort" insurance certificate will be requested by the concierge at the reception; as well as a deposit of €700 by bank check. This will be returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.
