The accommodation is located 600 m from the beach and 800 m from the city center of St Georges de Didonne, in a quiet and residential area. 40 m² townhouse on 2 levels with a 20 m² fenced terrace. There are 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 5 people. Beds are made for your arrival . The space Inside, you'll find: On the ground floor: - a kitchenette with dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner ceramic hob, range hood, fridge/freezer, oven and microwave You will also find an iron and mini ironing board, clothes dryer, raclette grill, toaster, filter coffee machine, vacuum cleaner... - a living room with TV and sofa, - storage space, - a bathroom with 70 x 70 cm shower, sink and toilet (with hair dryer). Upstairs (Japanese-step staircase): - 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm with small dresser - 1 other bedroom with 3 single beds 90 x 190 cm (including a pull-out bed that rises to the same height as the other bed) with storage dresser - a safety gate for young children - a closet in the hallway A fenced terrace with garden table and 6 chairs, 2 deck chairs, a gas plancha and an electric blind. The gite has a reserved space in a private parking lot with electric barrier. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place, private parking with an electric opening barrier. Other things to note Pets are allowed upon request. A baby crib with mattress is available free of charge upon request. Cleaning products are at your disposal.
