Pull out sofa is a Full size bed with upgraded memory foam mattress (while this is a huge improvement, it's still only a 4.5 inch mattress and probably best suited for kids or one adult). Washer, dryer, iron, blow dryer and dressing mirror in the unit. Bathroom has the essentials covered. Kitchen has everything to enjoy a home cooked meal, and the best market in the world is only blocks away! Appliances include gas BBQ, Nespresso coffee, Instapot pressure cooker, Vitamix blender, rice cooker. Guest access Community has indoor lap pool, hot tub, fully equipped gym, smoking area and rooftop deck with water view. Pool is currently closed to comply with Covid restrictions. Parking is not available onsite. Overnight parking is at Bell Street Pier Garage.
