The space The property is strategically located in one of the most important residential areas of Barranquilla, walking 1 minute from a small playground, 4 minutes from the VIVA shopping center and 10 minutes to Buenavista Shopping Center. There are public transportation routes that allow connectivity with the entire city, you can also take cabs that take you in a few minutes to main places of interest. Depending on vehicular traffic, by car 24 KM or 45 minutes from the Ernesto Cortissoz International Airport of Barranquilla. You can park your vehicle at the entrance of the house; there is 24 hour security. The house is inhabited by the hostess, who rents rooms, in addition to the room described above, the guest can make use of the common areas of the house: kitchen, dining room, laundry area, living rooms and study, subject to availability. You may also make use of the furniture, equipment and belongings located in these areas.
