This apartment is a half-hour drive from Brussels, is in a beautiful area and has 3x double bedrooms and additionally a 4-bed room. It is located on the corner of a Christian group accommodation. There are patio doors to the garden with unobstructed views. Supermarket a short distance away. The rent is without bed linen and towels. Otherwise all basic amenities are provided. Sheet package available for €13 pp. Towels €2.00 ps. Key collection between 3-9pm. The space The appartment consists of ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. On the ground floor is the entrance and the living room with an open kitchen. On the 1st floor there is a toilet, shower and two bedrooms. The extra room with two bunk beds is also on this floor. On the second floor is a third bedroom and an extra toilet and shower. Each bedroom has 2 single beds. Duvets and pillows provided. The appartment is rented without bedding. Guest access The whole appartment is available. You can park in front of the door. Other things to note The appartment is located on the grounds of a group accommodation (165 beds) which is rented out most weekends of the year to smaller or larger groups. In the summer months also during the week. The activities take place at the back of the building. The appartment is at the front of the building. You should take into account the presence of some noise and rest between 23.00 and 07.00 hours. It is not suitable for young people (and other people) who come home late. We kindly ask our guests to be moderate in the consumption of alcohol on our property and not to mix with the guests of the group accommodation.
