Newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a spacious yard in South Boulder. We are a close walk to the university, hiking/biking trails and south Boulder shops and restaurants. And A quick ride downtown to Pearl street. Our newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has a huge yard with a deck, gas grill and dining table for enjoying meals in the beautiful Colorado weather. The best thing about our house is the light and bright sunroom - you can even sleep out there on the couch if you want. We have one bedroom and bathroom on the first floor this room has a queen bed. Upstairs we have the main en-suite bedroom/bathroom with a queen bed. Our girls' rooms have full beds and they share the bathroom in the hall. One of these rooms has a large desk for a workspace with a Mountain View! We live in this house year round so you will see our things in a few of the drawers and closets, we have made space for your things in the closet to hang and go on the shelves. Walk out the front door to hiking trails in Boulder's Open Space and Mountain parks or ride your bike downtown to the Hill or Pearl Street for dining and shopping. We are a 3 minute walk to Martin Park and the Bear Creek bike path. Cruise along the bike path to the Table Mesa shopping area which has restaurants, the southern sun brewery- one of our favorites! 2 grocery stores, coffee shop and one of Boulder's best local outdoor stores - Neptune Mountaineering. We are a quick walk to CU and the bus route. We are also about 40 minutes from Eldora ski resort just up the canyon! We love Boulder and are excited to open our home to you so that you can discover all that Boulder has to offer. Guests have acces to the whole house, the large backyard and deck. We will not be at the house but are usually in town if you need us! Our neighborhood, Martin Acres, is family friendly and walkable! You can walk out the front door to trails or the park and nearby restaurants and coffee shops. the bus system is easy to use. We are close to the bike path and walking/hiking trails. If you rent a car, there is plenty of free parking in the neighborhood and in our driveway.
