Sunset Studio is an apartment of about 23 m² and accommodates up to 4 people, located on the border between Copacabana and Ipanema. The building's address is Rua Sá Ferreira 138, very close to the subway (exit D, General Osório station), and about a 5-minute walk to Copacabana beach, and 15 minutes to Ipanema and Arpoador beach. The space The apartment accommodates 4 people, with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 extra bed, accommodated in the same room. For cooling, the apartment has window air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The studio also has a small kitchen equipped with basic utensils to prepare meals, such as: two-burner stove with a small oven, minibar, sandwich maker, microwave. The bathroom has an electric shower. The TV has cable TV with basic channels and we also provide internet via wifi. Guest access During the stay, the apartment is only available to the guest. Other things to note - The building does not have a garage, but in the surrounding streets there are city hall parking spaces and private parking lots. - For check-in, we have a key safe next to the door. The day before arrival, we contact you to guide you on how to open the safe, and at check-in time, we send you the password. - The bathroom stall is a little high, which can be a problem for older people and those with mobility issues.
