The inverted floor plan layout offers many great amenities, including ocean views from the upper level four decks, plus a private pool, elevator, hardwood floors throughout, wireless internet access, and a personal putting green! 601 Ocean Boulevard has an open living area on the second floor to maximize the ocean views, as well as great outdoor living spaces, including a rooftop deck with both ocean and waterway views! The large, gourmet kitchen features expansive granite counters and an island cooktop, and is a perfect space for creating meals for a large family. The garage has three bays and can accommodate up to six cars. An elevator goes from the garage to all floors. With five bedrooms and five and one half baths, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. The majority of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first bedroom has two queen beds, the second bedroom has one queen bed. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. The final bedroom is on the second floor and has a king-sized bed. Guest access You have access to the whole house, pool and yard! Other things to note The pool and hot tub can be heated for $850 per 100 gallons of gas and any gas not used will be refunded after departure. If the gas runs out while you are here, you will be given the option to have it refilled and then reimbursed what you don’t use. Please give us at least a weeks notice before you arrive. If for some reason the equipment breaks or the heat function fails and cannot be fixed, then the pool fee will be refunded at a pro-rated amount. If the pool is heating, but not to your liking, this does not constitute a refund. You also have the option to only heat the hot tub and that will be charged at $5.50/gallon of gas used after your stay.
