Situated at the Aartalsee in the heart of the Lahn-Dill-Bergland, we welcome you to our holiday flat and offer you everything you need to recover from everyday life. The ideal starting point to spend the day in the fresh country air, whether on foot or by bike. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The flat offers space for 4 people and is located on the ground floor with a view and direct access to our large garden, which is at your disposal with several seats and sufficient garden furniture. In bad weather, our garden shed can be used by arrangement with us. A Weber electric barbecue is available for our guests to use free of charge on the flat terrace; The sauna with relaxation room can be booked for a fee (40 €/ 2 persons, each additional person 8 €). For families with babies, a travel cot with bedding and sheets is available for an additional charge of €10 per stay. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like to take advantage of these additional options. Guest access A washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are available in our laundry room; there are also sufficient drying facilities outside. The washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee of three euros per washer/dryer load. Access to the laundry room by arrangement with me. Other things to note Please treat our inventory with care. Moving furniture and the use of fan heaters is expressly prohibited.
