South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street. The house has been thoughtfully redesigned and renovated with relaxation in mind, and provides an ideal escape from the distractions and noise of modern life. House amenities include an outdoor shower, large lawn with a hammock, and a deck for outdoor meals. Vintage stereo systems and record collection are provided for your listening pleasure. Bikes and soft-top surfboards are available upon request. The house also has a fireplace and bathtub. No pets please. Guests must have reviews. The house has one full bath upstairs with shower and tub, a half bath downstairs and an outdoor shower for summer use. Exterior surveillance cameras monitor the property for guest safety. Other things to note We do not allow pets. This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties, please. Due to COVID-19, we are currently not allowing additional daytime guests, unless agreed upon on beforehand. There is a late checkout fee of $250.
