Security deposit will be refund by instant transfer on the check out date after housekeeping done cleaning. 3) swimming pool and gym are not opened yet as they are still under renovation 4) NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO PARTYING inside apartment. Found FINE RM500 5) No shoes inside the apartment, please take off your shoes before entering the apartment. 6) Late check will be additional charge RM30/hour 7) Please off the aircond, hot water if not using to preserve electricity 8) Do not move the furnitures, we will claim damages (penalty if furnitures are found moved without our consent) 9) Strictly no PETs allowed, penalty rm500 if evidence or pets being brought to the unit is found. 10) the building has 24 hours security. Management of the building has the right to remove the occupants/deny entry if the occupants are suspected to be under influence/ operating illegal activities. 11) Do not press the emergency button, in car park unless there is real emergency. 12) Please contact us if you require assistance.
