A beautiful studio apartment in a century old house. The apartment has 9 foot high ceilings, separate entrance, and a private west facing massive deck. It is well equipped for long term stays and we have had many guests happily staying for months on at the time. Conveniently located steps from the Bloor subway line and easily accessible from Pearson Airport via the Bloor West Union Pearson Express station at Dundas West. The space The apartment comes with everything required to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It has a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom has a walk in rain shower, including all natural shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Of course, plush bath, hand and wash towels are provided. There is a queen size mattress with all linens and the wall mounted bed provides for a good night's rest, but also extra space for your morning exercise routine. Comfy couch in the living room area with a 55 inch Sony smart TV with Netflix/YouTube for those nights when staying in. Enjoy our vibrant neighbourhood or simply relax on your own private west facing terrace for a nice dinner under the stars, sundowners or your favourite cup of morning coffee. For long term stays, the in-suite washer/dryer and Dyson cordless vacuum come in really handy. Other things to note Parking is available on the street in front of the house by temporary street parking permit from the City of Toronto for $33.51 CAD + HST per week. The permit allows you to park anywhere on residential streets in our permit area (south of Bloor St. all the way down to the lake and west of Dufferin St. to High Park).
