Lake Ossipee, Dog and Kid Friendly, portable AC's

Enjoy all the Lakes Region has to offer. Renovated cabin in Freedom NH. Fantastic location for families, big groups or just a couple! Located in a wonderful neighborhood next to Broad Bay, private beach access (Lake Ossipee Village Bch Assoc). You can Kayak, Canoe, fish, BBQ, rent a boat from Ossipee Marina. We are located on the Snow Mobile trail. 5 mins to King Pine. 25 mins to N Conway. Swim/boat in the Summer; beautiful foliage/hiking in the fall; skiing/snowmobiling in the winter. The space Lovely cottage in the woods, with Fire Pit. 3 beds and 2 baths plus amazing three season porch and recently finished basement/game room. Rustic charm meets city amenities. Guest access Guests will be able to use the entire house plus 3 season porch. Recently finished basement that we set up as a game room for the kids (or adults). We added heat to get the chill out but it will not get as hot as the rest of the house. There is a Fooze ball table, pop shot basketball and lots of board games. Guests will not have access to the garage. Guests will have access to Ossipee Lake Village beach club, rules and restrictions are posted at the house and will be sent prior to your stay. Other things to note We do not provide beach towels or chairs. The house does have air conditioning individual portable stand up units in each room and window fans for those cool nights when you don’t need AC. We do have a fire pit but we ask guests to please purchase their own wood if they choose to have a fire or they can pay $15 per night to use our wood. We also have a grill from May through September but guests are responsible to fill the tank if they use to the point of empty, you can use what we have but we do not refill during someone’s stay.
