High end, spacious large room with ensuite bathroom with high ceiling and big bay windows in a townhouse in the middle of Clapham overlooking the amazing Common park. The house is 3 min walk from the Clapham Common Underground Station which provides direct access to the west end, city, and all major tourist attractions. And if you want to stay locally you will be in the middle of the action, as the house is next to all the restaurants, cafe's and pubs. PLEASE NOTE: No use of the kitchen. The space You will have the whole 2nd floor for yourself - big king size bedroom and luxurious bathroom - with double doors for ultimate privacy. BEDROOM A modern, well designed, SUPER king size room. The room contains a very comfortable super-king bed, wardrobe, mirror, TV, beside tables and bedside lamps. YOUR OWN PRIVATE SHOWER ROOM (ENSUITE) Super modern, fully equipped shower room with toiletries and towels provided. The bathtub is not in use. KITCHEN No use of the kitchen No access to the living room. Please note you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to access the room. There is no lift. Guest access Guests have access only to their room, private ensuite bathroom. No access to the kitchen and living room. During your stay We are always available to guests prior or during their stay for any questions or recommendations (either on the phone or in person), but equally will leave you to it if you have your own plans and want a hands off, relaxed stay! Other things to note This is a no-shoes house. There is designated area at the entrance to leave your shoes. No use of kitchen or living room. For lost keys we will charge you 200£ to replace the locks. This is due to security purposes. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If we discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund).
