Lotta vacation home - cozy & idyllically located

Our Swedish house "Lotta" was built in 1925 and has been largely ecologically renovated in recent years. The approximately 110 sqm consist of 2 separate apartments on the ground floor (Lotta I) and on the upper floor (Lotta II). Both apartments have a very well equipped kitchen. Lotta II = 3 rooms for 5 people (2 adults, 2 children, toddler + sofa bed) Lotta I = 2 rooms for 4 people (2 single beds + sofa bed) The space The upper apartment has a bedroom with a double bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed, an extra mattress and a crib. In the living room there is a sofa bed. The lower apartment has a bedroom with two single beds and a bed box for undressing. In the living room there is a sofa bed. In both apartments there is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. On the upper floor there is a bathtub and a washing machine. The lower bathroom has a shower. Guest access There is free street parking available (parking bay)
