A queen size bed with an orthopaedic mattress that will give you comfort, support and a good night sleep. With fresh linens and extra linens if needed. Fresh towels & toiletries are provided. Just a heads up, there’s no daily cleaning but you’ll be provided with extra linens and towels. Guest access 10th floor is the amenities section with 2 gardens. It is designed as an active zone with a lap and wading pool, a gym, shower rooms, a laundromat (fees apply), two function rooms for parties and business meetings exclusively for residents. The smaller garden facing northeast will accommodate yoga, meditation, reading, and quiet conversations in an outdoor setting. (6:00AM - 8:00PM) Adjoining it is a Lounge with a wifi center and work station as well as a seating area for relaxation, receiving visitors or hobnobbing with neighbours. (6:00AM - 8:00PM) Other things to note When cooking please turn on the rangehood exhaust at all times. Please clean and wash dishes, kitchen utensils after each use. Turn-off Airconditioning unit, fan, tv & lights when not in use or when no one is inside the unit. Please close the faucets/showers properly after every use. Don't leave water running if no one is inside the unit. We only do exit cleaning. Please dispose of items other than toilet paper in the rubbish bins provided, as flushing inappropriate items into the toilet bowl may result in a charge to your security deposit. Additionally, the garbage room is conveniently located just outside, near the lifts. Please note that, as this is a tropical country, proper waste disposal helps minimize the presence of insects. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated! The door knob/locks is a bit of a challenge to open & needs a lot of patience. You have to turn it all the way until it opens. Else, you can ask help from the security.
