2 bed quiet & central Apartment Madrid

The apartment is divided into two floors. On the street level is the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with an island. There is also the master bedroom and bathroom. On the lower ground floor (accessible via a staircase) there is a very cozy room that has a double bed and there is also a sofa under the stairs that was designed for this space that can also be used as an additional single bed, and is actually very comfortable! The space Apartment on two floors with one bedroom on the ground floor, and one on the lower floor, accesibles by a metallic staircase. There is sofa bed that can be made up upon request., and it is in the same areas as the second double bed, with a curtain to divide the space. The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the Antón Martín metro, less than 15 minutes walk from Atocha, Puerta de Sol, La Latina, Plaza Mayor and the main monuments/museums of the city. Although it is an apartment at street level, both the house and the area are very quiet (with reinforced double glazing) and totally safe. The neighborhood is one of the most central, but at the same time quiet, areas of Madrid. There is a lot of cultural and neighborhood life, with its well-known Food Market, the Doré Cinema, museums (Prado, Thyssen, Reina Sofía, Palacio Fernán Núñez...) and restaurants/cafes... The apartment does not have its own parking, but there is a public parking 200m from the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment is at guests' disposal. It is a complete apartment (private) so there are no common areas and the street entrance is not shared with other apartments or people. Other things to note Check in is from 3pm and check out before 11am. If you wish to advance the check-in time, ask in advance and it is subject to availability. We recommend requesting it in advance to be able to see schedules and coordinate the advance of the cleaning time if possible. If you wish to leave your suitcases early or have a late check-out, please ask us about availability and we will tell you if it is possible.
