Villa in the heart of the Sierra Calderona

In the middle of the Sierra Calderona, surrounded by pine and olive trees, is our "Caseta de la Muntanya" It is an old space, recently redecorated with a modern touch. With all the comforts of a home and in a unique enclave, very close to the city. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, distributed as follows: but we have an attached apartment on the same plot where 4 more can fit, it will be included from 13 guests. SPACE IS NO LONGER SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS The space Villa in Sierra Calderona, just 35 minutes from Valencia and surrounded by nature. The exterior is VERY spacious, a porch overlooking the mountain, a large terrace and a fantastic pool area where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. It also has several olive groves and some special corners designed mainly for children. The house: Ground floor: Hall, kitchen and bathroom 1st floor: Living room 3rd floor: Four bedrooms, three of them double (one with bathroom and extra bed) and one children's room with three single beds + bathroom 1 double bed in the passage area The apartment: separate from the house, with a full kitchen, bathroom and two double beds. It will be included from 13 guests. Wi-Fi is available, THERE IS NO COVERAGE. It is important to note that this is a mountain accommodation, lovingly conditioned but WITHOUT LUXURY. We mainly rent to families who want to disconnect and relax in a natural environment.
