The Nook is a 4 bedroom dormer bungalow, suitable for 8 people, set 8 minutes walk from the beach and 6 minutes walk from Broadstairs mainline station and the High Street. Visit beautiful Viking Bay with its mini golf, famous ice cream parlours and amusements as well as its many bars and restaurants. Walk the seven bays of Broadstairs or to nearby Ramsgate, or travel further afield to Canterbury, Sandwich and Deal. Enjoy the various live music events and festivals, including Folk Week. The space Details of the property are as follows: Hallway leading to: Dining room – seating for 8, television, in turn leading to: Kitchen/Living room – with wood burner, seating, 55 inch 4k television with Netflix and Spotify, Blu Ray/DVD player, Rangemaster, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge, breakfast bar, bifold doors to patio. Garden – large patio with patio furniture with steps leading to a large garden and summer house. A BBQ is available for use (charcoal required). Utility room – washing machine, tumble dryer. Other things to note Please note the Broadstairs-Ramsgate railway line does run at the back of the property however trains are fairly infrequent.
