Equipped to provide a truly relaxing and special self catered holiday. At the heart of the apartment is the wonderful open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Light and bright living area with cozy sofa, arm chairs and large smart tv with UK and french tv channels. Large sliding doors leading to a private balcony with local peak and town center views. Large dining table to comfortably sit 6 people Fully equipped modern kitchen with stone work top, full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, nespresso coffee machine and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1: Super comfy king size bed, built in wardrobe, smart TV, private balcony and ensuite bathroom with large shower cubicle toilet and sink vanity unit. Bedroom 2: A stylish second bedroom with twin beds (can be set as a king bed -please specify at time of booking), smart TV and built in wardrobe storage. Bedroom 3: 'coin montagne' style featuring a hand built bunk bed with full size single beds. There is a built in storage cubby for clothes, and bed side units and wall lamps for each level of the bunk. Ideal for children or adults to provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Coin montagne does mean that this room has no window, (it is ventilated) but this new modern style means that there is a door to provide privacy. All beds are finished with quality pillows, duvets, egyptian cotton sheets and large bath towels and hand towel per person. Bathroom 2 is located next to bedroom 2. Another spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle, sink with vanity unit and toilet. There is a private cave for ski equipment storage with boot warmers – no cold wet boots the next day. The cave is also suitable for secure bike storage. Public bike washing facilities are available close by at the bottom of the Pleney. Parking: Our advice is to pre-book a parking space in one of the nearby public car parks, Parking de joux plane or Parking office du tourism. [ There is 1 allocated parking space, with electric car charging point, is provided in the underground garage – however the garage height and width is very restrictive, it is unsuitable for most medium & large cars.]
