A light and bright home surrounded by beautiful trees and a large 3 acre back yard near the “Algerine Coast” of Seal Cove in Mount Desert Island. This spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home which sleeps 6 has a cute bunkhouse in the backyard which can sleep 4 additional guests. Gourmet kitchen has everything you need to for any sized group. A pond runs into a small creek in the back where you can sit around a large fire pit and gaze at all of nature’s wonder and beauty. The space A lovely pet friendly home on 3 acres of beautiful land. Our home is close to all the amenities that the “quietside” of MDI offers. Quick car or bike ride to Seal Cove and Long Pond, 10 minute drive to Southwest Harbor, and 20 minutes to the main entrance of Acadia National Park. Many other local Acadia trails nearby. A wonderful place to relax after a full day of exploring all that the island has to offer! Guest access Drive to most places, but many sites are easily visited via biking or hiking for the more adventurous. Plenty of parking on the property and all around the island for easy access to points of interest. Other things to note Larger events are allowed within certain parameters.
