The space The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer, and crockery, cutlery, pots & pans. If you don’t feel like cooking, there are various restaurants within walking distance for you to try out. The unit offers 2 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is spacious with beautiful sea views, an air-conditioning unit and a TV. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and basin and a separate toilet. The open-plan living & dining area leads out onto a small patio with panoramic views of the ocean. There is a couch and a dining table with seating for 4 people as well as a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with full DStv package. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. There are lovely communal braai facilities and a swimming pool available for guests’ use during their stay. Other things to note To abide by building security & body corporate rules, you will be required to complete a guest registration form and provide a copy of your and your guests' official government-issued photo ID. Only registered guests are allowed in the unit and complex - no additional visitors and overnight guests are permitted at the property. Under no circumstances may the number of occupants be increased to more than 4. Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit, on the balcony or on the building premises. Strictly only 1 parking bay is assigned to the apartment in the complex. There is no extra parking available inside the complex.
