Come and discover the 3-star La Gouletterie gîte in an equestrian property. Located 10 minutes from La Flèche and its zoo, as well as Le Lude and its Loire castle. Enjoy with your family this fabulous 150 m2 entire home and its garden, which offers good times in perspective: pony discovery and horseback riding on site, hiking, not to mention the swimming pool. Surrounded by 16 hectares of meadows on the edge of the forest. The space Detached house (classified as 3* furnished tourism) of 150 m2 including a beautiful living room with fireplace and television, a beautiful fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate 7 people. You will also find on the first floor a first bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a bathroom with double sink, shower and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a large master bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a bedroom with 3 single beds, as well as a beautiful bathroom with double sink and corner bathtub. The house is heated from mid-October to mid-April, depending on the temperatures and the weather. Towels are provided and you will find the beds made on arrival. On request we can provide you with the essentials for 1 baby: a crib, a baby bath, a high chair, a booster seat. You can enjoy a private garden with its living room including 7 chairs and a large table, a barbecue and its utensils as well as a parasol. The pool is exclusively dedicated to you from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. from mid-May until the end of September (depending on the weather). The morning is devoted to pool maintenance and upkeep. Deckchairs and umbrellas are installed for your comfort around the pool. Guest access The gate is open during the day at the entrance to La Gouletterie. You'll have the option to park several cars next to the house. Other things to note Detached and entire house with its garden where you are completely autonomous. Located on a 16-hectare horse farm with a stable and the owners’ residence on the property. We offer equestrian activities: horseback riding, lessons, pony discovery. For riders, we can also accommodate your horse.
