Description
The Hopper Huts are placed perfectly to enjoy wonderful Kent. Whitstable and Canterbury are a short drive away, and Selling train station (a short walk or drive) provides routes to London. See Lucy's guidebook for more inspiration. The huts have been thoughtfully revived to create four self-catering holiday homes, dedicated to preserving the history of hop picking. With plenty of private, off-street parking (and an EV charge point), The Bruff sleeps 4. See Lucy’s listings for 1-bedroom units. The space The Bruff can sleep families or groups of up to four. Modern finishes complement thoughtful storytelling touches of this traditional hop pickers hut. With an open plan kitchen, living, dining area, a glass ceiling and South facing doors welcome an abundance of natural light. The kitchen provides all essential cooking appliances and equipment and there is ample dining space in the open plan living area. The living area has two comfy sofas, a coffee table, smart TV and bio-ethanol fire. In the first bedroom are twin beds/superking bed and the bathroom features a large shower and locally sourced products. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom. A private courtyard is set with a dining table and chairs. Seating is also available on the terrace in front of the huts, where you can enjoy the south facing view. Guests will find ample parking space in the car park and are welcome to bring their well behaved dogs too. Guests have exclusive access to BBQ and laundry facilities, as well as an outdoor gym and table tennis table. Guest access Guests will find ample off-road parking. Other things to note With Fast Wifi at 219 Mbps and a comfortable table and chairs, guests are able to work easily from The Bruff. We welcome well behaved dogs to The Bruff.
