Charming 3-bed Cornish cottage near best beaches.

The perfect location for a unique getaway in Cornwall! Our beautiful cottage is in a tranquil, rural setting with great walks and wildlife right on our doorstep. We regularly spot deer and barn owls in the nearby fields! Situated in picturesque countryside, we are within easy reach of Cornwall’s most beautiful beaches - perfect for surfing, coastal walks and sightseeing. We are only a 6 minute drive from Marazion with the iconic St Michael’s Mount and 20 minutes to the picturesque St Ives. The space Our beautiful cottage is available for a Saturday check in. It has 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a third bedroom which can be made up as a single or twin room). We also have a travel cot which can be made available for those if you with a little one. We have a main bathroom upstairs with bath and shower over. The master bedroom has a roll top bath. Downstairs we have a shower room with WC and basin. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, fridge with a small freezer compartment and all equipment for cooking at home. We have a dining room with plenty of room for seating 6 people for family dinners. Our living room has a comfy sofa and large TV with WiFi. Outside we have a lovely big garden with a beautiful backdrop of rolling fields. There is a 6 person hot tub to relax in overlooking the gorgeous view. On the patio we have a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs for eating al fresco and a fire pit for toasting marshmallows! We have a mud kitchen for the children and a homemade swing hanging from two old cherry trees. Guest access We have plenty of parking in the driveway and on the private lane. The location is perfect for exploring Cornwall with the best attractions within easy access. (The iconic St Michael’s Mount is only a 6 minute drive and St Ives is 20 minutes away.) A car is essential however as this is a rural location. The cottage is at the end of a long narrow tarmac lane. We are only 2.6 miles From St Erth Railway Station where a train to the beautiful cathedral city of Truro takes 30 minutes and only 12 minute train ride to fabulous St Ives. Other things to note This cottage is our home. We renovated it from scratch ourselves with lots of love and many hours of hard work! The living room was the original dairy for the farm! It is by no means perfect but it is absolutely full of charm and soul. If you are looking for minimalist modernity then please do not book this cottage. But if you are looking for a place to lift your soul - a tranquil little slice of Cornish paradise - a reprieve from the hussle and bustle of the tourist trap yet a stones throw from the best that Cornwall has to offer then this is place is for you. We absolutely love our home and really hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
