Welcome to our modern harbour apartment in the newly developed area Engholmene located in Copenhagen Southern Harbour. Our apartment holds 60 well-furnished square meters and an additional 14 squaremeter large south oriented balcony overlooking the harbour. The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to the Engholmene Metro station and harbour bus system for easy access to the rest of Copenhagen. The Apartment building features both an elevator and stairs. The space Enghave Brygge is a development project which will be finished in 2026. You will, therefore, experience some contruction work in the area on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. Our apartment is located in the part of Enghave Brygge called Myrholm, which offers direct access to Copehagen Harbour and its clean water with a variety of available water sports such as kayaking, SUBs, swimming etc. Nearby you will find Kødbyen and the shopping mall Fisketorvet. Public transportation is 3-5 minutes away by walk. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment and may use all available facilities. If you are arriving by car, please note that the parking around the apartment building is limited to 1 hour. The parking basement is not available for your use since we don't own any parking space in it. You may be lucky to find a free spot in the general area around Enghave Brygge (parking here is free of charge, but space is limited). Otherwise the best option for parking is to book a place in one of Copenhagens long term facilities. Prices range from 100 DKR to 400 DKR for 24 hours of parking. Other things to note The apartment is conveniently located near the Engholmene Metro Station, which provides easy access to the greater Copenhagen area. The Metro line is directly connected to Copenhagen Central Station. The harbour bus system has a stop at Engholmene as well and provides easy access to the city along the inner harbour line.
