Spacious Family Home in Chichester, near Goodwood

Our spacious home is a large open plan family house situated 5 minutes on foot from the historic centre of Chichester and a 10 minute drive from Goodwood for the Festival of Speed, Revival and Glorious Goodwood. The beautiful West Witterings Beach is only a 20 minute drive south from our house. As close as 20 minutes drive north you'll find the stunning South Downs National Park and plenty of pretty local villages. The space Our house has the potential to accommodate 9-10 guests. There are 5 bedrooms as follows: 2 master bedrooms with Emperor and Super King-size double beds. Both have ensuite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms has a room to the side of it which has a single bed. We can provide a travel cot (with mattress) for this room. 2 further bedrooms with kingsize beds. 1 bedroom with a single bed (that can convert into a kingsize bed). If you are a family with children, we can leave out some toys for them to play with. The dining space seats 8 comfortably but can seat up to 10 people and is part of the large open plan space next to the kitchen. It opens up to the lounge at the front of the house. To the front of the house there is a drive with space for 2 (maximum 3 cars). Other things to note The garage and loft are the only areas that are not accessible. As the garage will be inaccessible, the washing machine will also not be accessible to guests.
