Our unit has accommodations for up to ten people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, another king size bed in the secondary bedroom and a queen size bed in the third bedroom and a twin bunk area in the hallway. The master also has a walk-in closet, new flat screen television, DVD player, and private bath with a walk-in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a 42 in flat screen TV, DVD player, and bath shared with the bunk area. The third bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a private bath. This unit features tile flooring in the master bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and the bathrooms and carpet flooring located in the second and third bedrooms. The newly decorated living room has a new large 55 inch HD Flat-screen television, DVD player, and CD surround sound stereo system. The dining table has comfortable new updated seating for up to six people and four additional chairs located at the bar. Unique features included in the kitchen are: spacious granite countertops, full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, so you can make any meal you desire. For your convenience there is free Wi-Fi, a fitness facility with cardio equipment & universal machines, and covered parking. If you have any laundry to wash during your stay you don't have to go outside the unit because it comes with a full size stackable washer/dryer. There is an onsite DVD kiosk filled with the most newly released DVDs located in the lobby area. One special property amenity is the huge 5,000 sq. ft. gulf side pool that is split with one side being heated during cool seasons. When you are not enjoying the two beachside pools take advantage of the 2 complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella that accompanies this unit during season. Take a stroll down the boardwalk and you’re right on the over 400 feet of Gulf frontage where you can lie in the sun, build a sandcastle, play in the water, read a book or whatever you enjoy! Sidewalks also line Santa Rosa Blvd if you would like to take a run on a solid surface.
