Our home is in a friendly & safe community in Coon Rapids. It is within driving to a shopping area and dining. Located 15 miles from Downtown. The space is the lower unit of a 2 story home. It has many windows that let in plenty of light and the rooms are airy and large. It has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. It comes with a parking space and has a private entrance. Please be aware we have 2 dogs who are friendly and share the back yard. You will have access to the entire lower unit apartment and parking on one side of the driveway. We live in the second story of the house. We are available if you need anything at all. Just ask! Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and mature. It is unique because our little area only has neighborhood traffic! We are close to a huge outdoor shopping area with more stores and restaurants than we can name. We are also located 5 minutes from Bunker Hills Golf Club and Regional Park which has a water park and miles of walking and biking trails. The Coon Rapids Dam and park area is very close and is a big attraction in the area. We are in a great location to get anywhere in the area as well as St. Paul and Mpls. We love our spot because we are within 30 minutes of everywhere! The NorthStar Commuter Rail station is located just 2.2 miles from your space. This train will take you downtown to Target Field . From there, you can take the light rail to US Bank Stadium, Mall of America, or the MSP Airport. You could also reach the convention center via a bus or Uber once in the downtown area. It is walking distance to Target Center from Target Field. If you have your own vehicle we are near the Northern loop of the interstate for easy access to the metro area. We do have two dogs which will be on leash while you are here. They do not have access to your living space. Occasionally they bark when new guests arrive or people come to our door.
