Check-out is directly at the apartment between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. It can only be done after 11 a.m. if no check-in is scheduled for the same day. If during the stay, a problem (a leak, a gas problem, Internet problem, etc.) happens, the tenant must allow access to the accommodation. 7. Sheets and towels are provided. It is not permitted to take bath towels to the beach or take them outside the apartment. 8. Please wash your feet before entering the building after the beach and dry yourself before entering the apartment. 9. Upon departure, you are required to return the apartment in the same condition as when you arrived. 10. The security deposit is set at R$1000.00. It will only be collected from your account if I make a claim to Airbnb within 48 hours of check-out. Otherwise, it will not be collected from the security deposit amount.
