The Casa Calavera property is an ideal spot for couples, families, or groups traveling together. There are 6 rooms available for rent on the property, sleeping 12 comfortably. Other things to note Other than your private rental, the rest of the property including pool, outdoor areas, and the rooftop are shared spaces. The property is located on a hill, allowing for those amazing ocean and sunset views from the rooftop! The property is terraced, so there are stairs throughout. The 6 rentals are staggered on different levels. There are two entrances to the property, upper and lower (you don’t have to go up any hills if you use the lower entrance). We are located in a small Mexican village and that comes with noises of dogs, roosters, and occasional loud music, otherwise known as “Mexican charm”. ***During the rainy season, mainly July through September, please be aware that there can be occasional power outages in our small town when there are storms or strong winds, which will result in no electricity and therefore no A/C. Usually the outages are taken care of quickly but it depends on how big the storm was.
