Not reading the CASA DAGO RULES when BOOKING we consider it NEGLIGENCE and it becomes YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a tenant Follow our ig for the latest updates @casadagobdg The space Casa Dago is a (home) inn that is specially designed to meet the needs and comfort of families who are enjoying a vacation (maximum 8 people including small children, babies, nannies/drivers if any) Located in the Dago Atas area, Bandung (near the Sheraton Dago Hotel), Casa Dago consists of 2 floors where the 1st floor (ground) is rented to guests and the 2nd floor is occupied by the manager (husband, wife and 1 child). In terms of access, the 1st floor and 2nd floor have different entrances so that "Privacy" will be maintained If the Resident/guest is pleased to “live next door” during their stay at Casa Dago, we are happy to welcome and greet you. Basically we as managers want to get to know, make friends and connect with as many families / new people as possible. Specifically for the 1st floor (the rented floor), Casa Dago has a capacity of 3 bedrooms (1 Double Bed, 2 Single Bed and 1 Double Bed + 2 Extra Beds), Jacuzzi & 2 bathrooms (equipped with water heater) as well as car parking facilities for 1 unit (in the yard of the house) and 1 more unit outside the house (roadside). Note : of the 3 (three) bedrooms available, only 1 (one) bedroom uses air conditioning, the rest (remaining rooms) are NON AIR-CONDITIONED. With the capacity and facilities as described above, Casa Dago is suitable for modern families consisting of fathers, mothers, 3 children and grandparents or close relatives (ideal for families with a group of 8 people, including small children, babies, caregivers/nannies and drivers if any). If the number of group members is more than 8, then only the 9th and 10th person is allowed to enter/stay at Casa Dago, with a note to sleep in the available space and per person is subject to an additional charge of Rp 150,000/night. Specifically for the Jacuzzi, the operation will be carried out by the Manager. Use of the Jacuzzi is between 7:00am and 9:00am WIB. During the time limit as specified above, the Jacuzzi tub can be filled with hot and/or cold water NOTES : the time it takes to fill the Jacuzzi tub with water until it is ready for use is approximately 40 minutes (It is highly recommended that the first 30 minutes be filled only with hot water and the last 10 minutes be combined with cold water) If the Jacuzzi tub is full of water, please turn off both water taps to avoid excessive water use. Make sure the vertical holes in the Jacuzzi tub are 100% submerged in water before the Bubble machine is activated. 2 (two) hours after the water faucet is first opened, both the hot water faucet and the cold water faucet are no longer accessible Guest access Don't worry, during your stay, you (the guest) can contact the manager via WA. As a manager we are here to help you with any technical difficulties that may be encountered (by guests) such as turning on of NETFLIX, installing a Water Heater, changing the Aqua cylinder, Set Up Jacuzzi and more. You will be assisted by us as long as the “Request” for help (via WA) is submitted at certain hours that we consider reasonable. Other things to note Welcome to CASA DAGO Casa Dago is not a Hotel/apartment Casa Dago is not a place for “unproper Parties”. Casa Dago is not a place that produces a lot of noise until late at night. Casa Dago is a house for Happy family equipped with TV NETFLIX & high speed Internet services and conditioned so that occupants can feel like in their own home. Besides that, Casa Dago is also equipped with cooking utensils. Residents simply bring food ingredients and cook delicious and nutritious food at Casa Dago to then serve to their beloved families. Like your own home, Casa Dago urges guests/occupants to maintain and treat Casa Dago's “property” like their own “Property”. Like today's families, it is expected that every resident of Casa Dago will develop independence and preserve the culture of tidying up the room/bed, washing glasses and dishes , every day, on their own NOTES : Casa Dago only helps residents tidy up the Living Room, shows the direction/way to Casa Dago or provides technical assistance in operating water heater devices, Internet, replacing Gas cylinders, Aqua cylinders, operating Jacuzzi and disposing of garbage If you are a “Happy Family” with a passion for developing an independent culture and are willing to leave an identity card (“KTP”) during the night at Casa Dago, then Casa Dago is the right home for you. IMPORTANT : Casa Dago DOES NOT accept unmarried young couples. Group of friends is possible but the group can only consist of women (no mixing of men and women) Check in time 3:00 PM till 06:00 PM (unless there is an advance notice). Additional fees or extra charges (200,000 IDR) will apply If you (Too early) check in or late check out. You will be considered late check out If Your check out time is between 12:30 PM until 5 PM.
